Scrap Disposal Meeting Issues .....
(1) Meeting according to all school zones .......
(2) All lists for debris
યાદી List of items in dead stock and non-existent in school
યાદી List of items that are not in the deadstock and exist in the school (Register in the school)
યાદી List of non-consumables
યાદી List of disposable debris
(3) All these lists shall include items provided by the Town Primary Education Committee and items provided by MP, MLA, and Datashri. Note: - Do not display any SSA item.
(4) All items except heavy items in the school shall be kept in the following classroom on the day before scrap disposal.
(5) Schools which have less luggage will have to bring Rs.
(6) In the meeting, according to the office circular, non-used items such as wooden benches, wooden chairs, wooden tables, wooden cupboards, iron benches, iron chairs, iron tables, plastic fiber items should be disposed of steel items.
(7) Electric scrap shall include fan, tubelight and motor as well as axle plant.
(8) All persons mentioned in the Punchrojakam shall be present on the day of disposal of debris. And on that day the leave of the Principal / Kendracharya of that school will not be sanctioned.
(9) (1) The Principal, Central Principal, SMC Chairman or Member, Office Clerk, Inspector shall be present compulsorily.
(2) The Central Principal shall be compulsorily present in the schools under his jurisdiction where debris is disposed of.
(10) Scrap Disposal List The Central Principal shall prepare the Deadstock i.e. Scrap Disposal List of his sub-school and prepare it by the Central Principal within three days and submit the forms to one School Level, one Central Level and one Inspector.
(11) All Central Schools shall compile a list of sub-schools and mail its softcopy to the Inspector.
(12) On the day of disposal of debris, the principal shall videograph one of the teachers and make a total of two copies of his CD which should be submitted to one school level and one office.
(13) (1) Punchrojakam, (2) Principal's Certificate (3) Kendra Principal's Certificate (3) Scrap Disposal Weight Outlined (4) Scrap Disposal List of Items Disposed Will have to create.
(14) The Central Principal shall visit the sub-schools under his jurisdiction along with the list of debris and inspect the equipment and also give a certificate with a clear opinion as to whether there are items and with the list shall draw the attention of the Inspector wherever it appears.
(15) To inform all the principals that there is no debris left in your school for disposal of debris, otherwise it will be your personal responsibility.
16.) Those who are currently in charge of scrap disposal in schools which have been merged or relocated will have to take up the matter of scrap disposal.
17) Round seal of the school and the principal of the school should sign and certify and submit on each list / page.
18) Create a folder in softcopy of all the details related to scrap disposal and save it in the computer.
19) It is mandatory to write the details of the reason for disposal of debris in each form.
20) After the disposal of school debris, do not deduct it from the deadstock till the order / instruction of the office is received.
