Bhim Rao Ambedkar, the framer of the Indian Constitution and the first Finance Minister of independent India, was one of the most influential figures in the fight against social discrimination.  Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar was born on April 17, 191 in a village named Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. His father's name was Ramji Sakpal.  Ambedkar's family was Marathi and they lived in a town in Maharashtra. They were also called Hindutva as a caste of Dalits at that time and were socially and economically discriminated against as Ambedkar and other Dalit children were segregated from students in school. Dalit children were not allowed to sit in classrooms.  And he was not even allowed to come to the school water level and if thirsty  If a person of a raised caste had water in his hand, then Dalits would be discriminated against in this way. If we talk about Ambedkar's education, he was a gifted and skilled student. He obtained Janu degree from Columbia University and school and did law in different fields  He was also educated in political science. In his early career, he was an economics professor and a lawyer. After entering politics as a whole, he was involved in many movements for India's independence as well as his political aspirations.  He also published many articles. These articles proved to be very influential. Ambedkar converted to Buddhism in 19th century and started initiating many people. If we talk about information about Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Babasaheb Ambedkar was the 14th child of his parents.  His siblings not only Ambedkar's success in school exams was the real name of Dr. Ambedkar but also his teachers Mahadev Ambedkar Babasaheb  Ambedkar was the first person in India to change his name and stay in Government Law College for two years. On October 14, 1956, on the day of Vijayadashami, Ambedkar saved more than five lakhs of his life in Nagpur and initiated the henna religion.  Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar has also written some books in which he has written books like Rudransh the problem of what is photon Pakistan Pakistan India the untouchables etc. Talking about the award received by Dr. Ambedkar, India's highest honor Bharat Ratna was given to Dr. Ambedkar in 190.  Pitcher died in Delhi in December 1956 at the age of a nutritious age. At that time, Dalits were treated as untouchables and insulted. At that time, Ambedkar was a Dalit and he had the right to meet one community.  Every man's life is independent. You have to develop yourself before you can develop a society because every man in the country has his own  If only the progressive development of our society would happen automatically, then there was Dosto

Ask a general question as a teacher that;  "Whose picture is this?"  So you too, as an ideal student, would make this general question a question of common sense and say that;  "This picture is of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar."

Ask more that;  "What is their contribution to India?"  So it is only natural that we should have no answer other than the framer of the Constitution.  And if I ask further, what is his contribution to the whole society?  So the answer most people get is nothing but a vacuum.  Because we have seen them in a certain frame.  They are valued only by the constitution.  If they want to know in the true sense, they have to take off the spectacles of racism from their eyes, shake off the dust of racism in their minds and welcome them from their hearts and minds;  After that, when the Mahamnava Darshan takes place in Manhyala, it has to be said that,

"We have seen many such gods here,

In front of whom he is really nothing but God. "

We have learned that Babasaheb fought only for a particular caste or community.  So yes, to some extent that is also true.  But when it comes to the freedom of the country and the freedom of human beings, the question of respecting man as a man in society becomes more important.  Because, the question here was about slaves of slaves too ... and Babasaheb did the same.

But yes, I did a lot more than that because of which today all of us citizens of the society can enjoy this happiness freely ...

 "The country was liberated,

But what did he do? "- If we ask this question of Kavishri Umashkar Joshi only to Babasaheb, turning the pages of history, the answer will be something like this ...

Even after the establishment of democracy, when women were not getting enough respect, dignity and rights, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave women the right to vote.

These same women were brought out of the kitchen stove, made into a male counterpart, and given a foot equal to the male.

Bhimrao Ambedkar also gave women the benefit of maternity leave.

Thanks to Babasaheb, every government employee who gets resigned twice by getting expensive allowance twice a year ...

As an employee we have C.L., E..L.  The fact that we enjoy such different holidays is also the result of Babasaheb's hard work.

Babasaheb is also thankful for the insurance benefits he gets when an employee falls ill.

All my colleagues, we are also shouting for a maximum load of 8 hours of work which was 12 hours before Babasaheb's presentation.  He also gave us the right to 1 compulsory leave per week.

Similar work;  How many will realize that the slogan of equal pay was given by Babasaheb in those days?

As a minimum wage, we get a 5 figure salary as soon as we join the job today.  Pratap of Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Babasaheb's day is also the day of 'Employment exchange', the way in which the job is maintained even after transferring the employee who has lost his job to another account ...

Our Bhimrao is also the one who advocates giving cheap electricity to these farmers and entrepreneurs to accelerate India's economy!

The establishment of * 'Reserve Bank Of India' *, on which the economy of the whole of India and all the banks of India are based, was established by Babasaheb's dissertation 'Problem of Rupee'.

A lot more than this, which is beyond my and your comprehension.  Dr. is such a versatile talent.  Babasaheb.  When his birth anniversary is being celebrated with fanfare by people from more than 67 countries of the world, why is it possible for a single citizen of India to remain unaware of his talent?

The record of the highest degree and most books (personal library) is still written in his name;  The same shows his erudition.

It was his dream to be so prosperous that every citizen of India could wear suit boots, which always shines in his dress.

He suggests that the pen he holds in his pocket is even sharper than a sword.

The finger he pointed does not indicate 'one of the masters of all', but indicates that;  "O citizens of India! All your questions are resolved in Parliament, so move on to Parliament."

I would like to extend my heartfelt obeisances to this great man on his birthday and wish all Indians a happy Birthday:

"When a school is built, a prison closes."

 Jai Bhim

 Jai Jagat.
